Trash app, pointless.
Cannot use without an account, and won’t allow to look up parts needed. Use website for better result. Downloaded the advanced and autozone app and work way better than this one. Shame too, I like going to Orielly’s because it’s a block away just wish it was a tiny bit more convenient with OReillyFirstCallVINScan . Oh well, looks like advance will be getting my money with online orders and pick up quicks.

App works. but not for the pubic must have first call account to use. Imports vehicle info to first call. You order part from there. Finger pint login makes usable don’t have to remember login each time.

Only Gives Vehicle Info
Other than looking up VIN, OReillyFirstCallVINScan is useless. You cannot access any part information at all. Technically, that's all it's supposed to do. But what nationwide parts store doesn't have an app to look up parts?!? Kind of baffling.

If you know the vehicle information ( but not the vin # how can you look up any parts) so I am giving you two stars ) on my android phone I have the option to look up parts with out vin !!?

I was at the store in Oviedo ,FL on 900 S Central Ave yesterday. Being a female senior I went in to get 2 air filters for my 2020 car with 5900 miles on it. Jon Askins assisted me. The most personable HONEST employee I have met. He went out and checked my car and told me I didn't need either air filter yet. I have already spread the word about that location to several of my friends. In the future I will definitely be a customer.Thank you Jon
